Senior Property Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Property Manager leads all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties and coordinates all marketing, operations, and financial activities per client and/or company requirements.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include responding to tenant needs, coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, maintaining vacant spaces, and ensuring teams assigned to tenant onboarding activities properly document and communicate with tenants timely and appropriately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Real Estate License
• CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA (Real Property Administrator) professional designation or candidacy
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin
• Working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, tax laws, and construction
