
Job description
The Senior Property Manager oversees an assigned portfolio or a multi-faceted property in a designated geographic area, working closely with the ownership group to provide consistency in operations and a single point of contact for the client.
The Senior Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, maintain budgets, and provide superior customer service to residents and prospects.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Property Management experience, 5+ years of Management experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree. They will be able to travel regularly, be detail-oriented, and have experience with property management software.
