
Job description
Responsible for the management of the Property Management staff and overseeing a significant portfolio of properties. Provides leadership and direction to staff, promotes career paths, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
Direct and coordinate property management business, provide leadership to staff, track budget variances, oversee billing and cash flow, and maintain interface with third-party owners.
Requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and ability to manage a team of professionals. Must have 5+ years of real estate property management experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
