Solutions Engineering Director - Data Center

Lincoln’s Data Center Group is seeking a highly technical and customer focused Solutions Engineering leader to support client solution development, technical delivery, and deployment of data center infrastructure. This role will serve as the technical interface between customers, leasing teams, development, design & construction and facility operations.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, solutions engineering, technical delivery, or related field
• Deep understanding of data center systems including power distribution, cooling systems, redundancy architectures, and network infrastructure
• Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, AI, or enterprise deployments preferred
