SVP of Industrial Development

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Industrial Acquisitions and Development to lead the organization’s efforts in the Georgia and Alabama markets. This role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing Industrial investments, including land acquisition, development, and capital formation. The ideal candidate will be a versatile leader with expertise in real estate, capital markets, development, and project management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on Industrial acquisitions, development, and capital markets.
• Demonstrated experience in land acquisition, value-add, and opportunistic projects.
• Expertise in capital markets, including structuring equity and debt.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience managing development budgets and forecasts.
• Knowledge of the full development lifecycle, including land acquisition, entitlements, construction, and asset management.
