Job Description
We are looking for experienced people for the National Servicedesk in Hoogeveen, with various teams for a diverse group of end-users (health, construction, government, telecommunications and more).
Requirements
- Performing work on a remote End-User ServiceDesk, aimed at helping end-users of our clients.
- Support end-users with problems with ICT equipment.
- The process-oriented recording of contact moments in the designated tooling.
- Manages and monitors processes related to supporting users and managing office automation environments.
- Uses logbooks, the results of which are recorded and fed back to the Management Team.
- Actively signals areas for improvement.
- Problem analysis to come up with solutions for frequent incidents.
- Manages remote office automation environments.
- Ensures that data and overviews are properly delivered, as these form the basis for the management of the Centric End-User Management department's management processes.
