Job Description
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide professional and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or remote access, and report to the Global Service Desk Manager in Prague.
Requirements
- Two years of technical experience in computer and information technology, business administration, or related fields
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both in writing and speaking
- Experience with Active Directory (AD)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, both client and hosted (Office 365)
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop hardware
- Experience with installing software/applications
- Knowledge and experience of remote connectivity tools (SCCM, Citrix, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience of imaging, installation, configuration, and problem-solving of computers in a Windows network environment
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software and general office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, scanners, tablets, smartphones, etc.
- Experience with supporting telephony systems
- Familiar with the functions of the end-user group, business-critical applications, and supporting tools
