Landscape Designer

Lindgren Landscape is an award-winning landscape design/build/maintain company seeking a full-time Landscape Designer with design skills, organization, and communication skills to design and sell residential landscape projects.

Requirements

• Meet with clients to design projects, sell installation projects, and maintain client relations
• Prepare site plans, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape construction projects
• Regularly visit construction sites to ensure client's vision is implemented
• Generate plans in CAD and generate 3D models
• Create submittals for estimating and production
• Create and process change orders
• Assist with project close-out
• Create construction details and dimensioning
• Respond to sales inquiries and requests by phone, electronically or in person
• Track and analyze sales
• Actively pursue new sales opportunities
• Research materials and techniques as required
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, builders, sub-contractors, vendors, and co-workers promptly and courteously
• Assist with other duties as assigned
