Hardware Engineer

Lindsay Corporation is hiring a Hardware Engineer to design, implement, and deliver IoT solutions for various product lines, including new products and feature development.

Requirements

• Lead hardware development projects from concept through production release
• Design and validate analog, digital, and RF circuits for embedded and IoT systems
• Create and maintain schematic designs and PCB layouts
• Evaluate and select electronic components, ensuring lifecycle and supply chain suitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for hardware-firmware integration
• Perform board/system-level testing and validation using standard lab equipment
• Develop and execute product validation plans and ensure regulatory compliance
• Document designs, test plans, and changes; contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Support products post-launch through troubleshooting and enhancements
• Mentor colleagues and offer guidance in hardware development best practices
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and status reporting
