Job Description
Lindsay Windows is seeking a hands-on ERP Specialist to support and enhance our Fenevision ERP system while also assisting with day-to-day IT needs.
Requirements
- Configure and support the Fenevision ERP system
- Align Bill of Materials (BOM), routing, and assembly processes within the ERP system
- Customize ERP modules to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide day-to-day user support
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and integrations
- Train users and create basic documentation and support materials
- Monitor system performance and perform routine audits
- Gather feedback and implement system improvements
- Support general IT needs including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment
- Install and configure software while following security standards
- Assist with Office 365 administration, user accounts, and cybersecurity practices
