Job description
Designs and manages network architecture and infrastructure. Ensures operational stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services. Participates in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links.
Analyzes and resolves network hardware and software problems, provides end-user training, and leads and collaborates across brands to achieve a secure and robust environment. Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and associated training plans for infrastructure administration.
Ideal candidate has proven skills in collaborating with others, influencing beyond their direct scope, and offering complete solutions that can adjust to local and global needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
