Associate Director Clinical Operations

We're looking for an Associate Director of Clinical Operations to step into senior leadership, combining portfolio oversight with commercial management, sponsor relationship ownership, and people leadership. This role bridges operations and commercial functions, ensuring trial success while viewing trials through a commercial lens.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in clinical trials
• Deep expertise as a Clinical Operations subject matter expert
• Extremely strong project management, leadership, work ethic, ownership, and communication skills
• Proven experience managing trial portfolios and overseeing multiple complex trials simultaneously
• Strong commercial acumen, including managing trial-level commercial matters and owning sponsor account relationships
• Extensive people leadership experience, including line management, performance reviews, and professional development
• Proactive risk identification and developing strategies to protect study integrity, data quality, and patient safety
• Ability to bridge commercial and operational functions, contributing to business development and supporting prospect engagement with operational expertise
