Job Description
Citrus is a company using software to improve clinical trials, making them faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly. They are seeking a Data Manager to join their deployment team, supporting a diverse range of clinical trials and collaborating with the product team to make data management easy and efficient. The role involves trial design, setup, delivery, and contributing to product development, ultimately ensuring high-quality trial outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing systems and procedures to store, organize, validate, and manage clinical trial data, in an academic or commercial setting
- Thrive in a startup environment that challenges the norms of typical CROs
- Love working in a multidisciplinary team that includes clinical and technical collaborators as well as sponsor representatives
- Bring creative thinking, attention to detail and empathy for patients to data management
- Experience with CDISC standards such as SDTM (Bonus)
