Engineering Manager

Lindus Health is a startup that's disrupting the clinical trials industry by building a platform for the next generation of clinical trials. They're looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a team and help scale the company. The role is ideal for an early-to-mid career engineering leader who has broad technical knowledge and experience of managing a team of software engineers.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience as a hands-on software engineer working in a team
• 2 or more years of experience as a line manager of software engineers
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Product-minded and able to understand user needs
• Collaborative and able to lead a team to deliver high-quality software
• Able to occasionally do non-critical hands-on coding to keep grounded in direct reports' reality
