VP Product

Lindus Health is hiring a VP of Product to own the product strategy and roadmap for their clinical trial software platform, Citrus. The successful candidate will lead a team of 5+ product managers and 3 designers, and will be responsible for driving product outcomes, managing the product organisation, and shaping product discovery and development processes. Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing PMs and product designers
• Track record owning and delivering a product roadmap in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and motivation skills
• Comfortable working closely with engineering and working in an environment where compliance and speed both matter
• Strong intuition for good UX through hands-on product management on user-facing products
• Unbounded curiosity about the future of human health and the role clinical trials play in it
• Experience in a regulated industry (health tech, clinical trials, fintech etc.) or prior exposure to clinical trials
• Use of AI tools as part of product practice - in discovery, synthesis and prioritisation
