Job Description
Help shape the success of our team by training new and existing employees on essential systems, equipment, safety practices, and day-to-day functions.
Requirements
- Certify team members on Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Cross train new and current employees on various job functions
- Develop new practices/processes to train new and existing employees
- Investigate and resolve routine problems
- Assist the Quality Assurance team with audits and conduct safety walks throughout the facility
- Work with other machinery and material handling equipment
