Join our team and help keep our facility running smoothly as an Ammonia Refrigeration/Building Maintenance Technician. You'll work on installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, building structures, plumbing, and electrical systems. Previous experience with ammonia refrigeration is a plus!
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience (or combination of experience and trade school) in maintenance, material handling, or refrigeration (ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2)
- Comfortable completing preventative maintenance with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using power and hand tools, with basic computer skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Able to lift 50 lbs./23 kgs. (more depending on facility) and work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed
- Comfortable with noise, heights, and other environmental factors depending on location
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the facility team
