Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility, ensuring company and customer standards are met.

Requirements

• Supervise, train, and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Manage operational procedures, including incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and warehouse inventory
• Plan production schedules, resource allocation, and track warehouse activities, including sales, record control, and purchasing
• Work with machinery and material handling equipment, resolve employee issues, and maintain open lines of communication
