Job Description
The Fleet & Compliance Manager will oversee the safety and fleet programs for Company Drivers and Owner Operators, ensuring compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Fleet Safety (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in a leadership role (managing drivers, supervisors, or safety programs)
- 5+ years of experience in fleet safety, DOT compliance, or transportation operations
