Job Description
Lineage is seeking an HR Manager to lead the delivery of people and culture strategy across New Zealand, championing safety and partnering with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability and talent development.
Requirements
- Proven HR leadership experience in fast-paced, complex, multi-site operational environments
- Relevant qualifications in HR, Business or Commerce
- Strong capability in culture, engagement, leadership development and change
- Excellent understanding of NZ employment law and experience in negotiation collective agreements with different unions
- Comfortable working with and influencing senior stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes
