Job Description
Maintenance Technician I - 2nd Shift: Assist in maintaining and repairing various building systems, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility infrastructure.
Requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems
- Assist with electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs under supervision
- Support general mechanical repairs, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively
- Perform general grounds maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep
