Operations Manager, 2nd shift (Sun-Wed)

Manage warehouse operational activities, including budgeting, labor scheduling, safety and security, and customer service standards. Ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of direct reports and operational procedures.

• Manage and train direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Continuously improve operational procedures
• Plan long-range labor needs based on sales forecasts
• Facilitate achievement of company KPIs regarding cost, productivity, customer service, and profits
