Operations Supervisor

Lineage is a temperature-controlled industrial REIT and logistics solutions provider looking for an Operations Supervisor at their Hume Rd facility in Laverton North, Melbourne. The role involves supporting a safe, high-performing and engaged team environment, overseeing daily warehouse operations, championing safety, and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar operations, warehousing or logistics supervisory role
• A track record of supporting small-medium sized teams in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to logistics and warehousing
• Ability to plan and match manpower and equipment to workload requirements within legal and industrial relations parameters
• Demonstrated experience implementing safety systems, product safety initiatives and quality standards
• In-depth understanding of MHE, warehouse traffic management and safe operating procedures
• An unwavering customer service focus and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
