Job Description
The Software Reliability Engineer (SRE) will investigate, diagnose, and resolve operational software issues that impact warehouse performance, freeing developers to focus on new features.
Requirements
- Investigate and resolve operational software issues
- Debug application code, workflows, customizations, and interfaces
- Monitor WMS behavior and set up alerts for failure patterns
- Troubleshoot integration issues between WMS and external systems
- Participate in on-call rotations and coordinate with operations and IT during critical events
- Contribute to postmortem analysis and recommend configuration changes or process improvements
