Warehouse Lead

As a Warehouse Lead, you will partner with Operations Leadership to ensure all functions of the warehouse are completed and assign work to warehouse associates to meet company and customer standards. The position requires 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment and ability to work in various temperatures and noise levels.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels
