Job Description
We are seeking a strong leader to supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.
Requirements
- Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports
- Manage operational procedures, including incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Plan production schedules and resource allocation
- Track and send reports to designated plant personnel
- Work with machinery and material handling equipment
- Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization
