Requirements

• Experience as a construction manager on large scale construction projects
• Degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar construction related discipline
• Strong knowledge of the full design and construction process
• Experience working on mission-critical projects
• Professional certification or seeking one
• Proven record of coordinating and managing large projects
• Ability to mobilise people and teams
• Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures
