As a Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with a culturally diverse team to gain industry experience, expand your skillset, and take real responsibility in your role. You will support the settlement of construction disputes, resolve commercial issues, and create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims, resolve commercial, change orders and contract issues, assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, create estimates and cost plans, and oversee project spend.
We are looking for someone with 4+ years experience in pre- and post-contract cost management, a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline, and a chartered or on-path-to-complete certification. You should be able to thrive in a dynamic environment, build strong relationships, and travel for short periods.
