
Job description
As an Associate, Cost Management at Linesight, you will work with a culturally diverse team, gain industry experience, and take real responsibility in your role. You will foster top performance and growth for your employees, lead your team to deliver quality and client value, and actively participate in the tender/bid process.
Act as the key account manager, develop client relationships, create estimates and cost plans, oversee project spend, and support nimble project management.
We are looking for someone with a minimum 8 years of experience in cost management, a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline, and experience in pre- and post-contract cost management. You should be an excellent communicator, chartered or on the path to complete it, and thrive in a dynamic environment with a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
