Job Description
The Senior Field Service Engineer (FSE) will serve as a local technical expert supporting deployed projects and end users. The role involves both hardware and software system debugging for automated equipment, ensuring smooth installation, validation, maintenance, and optimization of production systems.
Requirements
- Perform equipment installation and system bring-up
- Validate and qualify automated equipment
- Conduct end-user training sessions
- Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Repair and upgrade equipment software and hardware as required
- Collaborate with design engineers for continuous improvement and optimization
