Job Description
Seeking an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) for a client in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining command and control of the installation, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, and leading the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- 5+ years of experience working in a rig environment
- Valid MEM (Major Emergency Management) certificate
- Dropped Objects, Helicopter Underwater Escape Training, BOSIET, Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness, OGUK Medical, and Well Control Supervisor training/certifications
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and make independent decisions
