Requirements
- Build, maintain, and update performance dashboards and recurring reports across Owned channels
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reporting tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards
- Monitor channel performance and proactively flag trends, anomalies, or areas of concern
- Analyze campaign and channel metrics to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Support stakeholders by delivering timely performance readouts and answering ad hoc data requests
- Track and troubleshoot data issues across Owned tools and platforms, escalating when needed
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper data tracking, tagging, and reporting setup
- Assist in documenting reporting processes and maintaining data governance best practices
- Support implementation and QA of automated reporting solutions and analytics tools
