Influencer Marketing Specialist

Lush North America is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to work closely with the Influencer Lead to execute influencer strategies. The role involves fostering new and existing relationships with influencers, tracking campaign performance, and supporting influencer events and activations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of influencer campaigns, including identifying new creators, seeding products, and organizing influencer communications, to help grow brand awareness and drive community engagement.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or public relations
• Strong communication skills for engaging with influencers, creating campaign briefs, and supporting team efforts
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and influencer marketing platforms
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments, manage tight deadlines, and adjust to changes in influencer marketing strategies
