We are recruiting for a People Services Team Lead to support our Warsaw office and contribute to the efficient delivery of core HR services for the Polish market. The role involves managing and developing the local HRPS team, overseeing end-to-end HR operations, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience leading an HR administration/generalist team supporting the Polish market within a complex organization
- Skilled at leading, motivating and inspiring team, influencing change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- Broad generalist HR experience and ability to balance operational delivery with strategic priorities
- Strong technical knowledge of core Polish HR practices, processes and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
- In-depth understanding of Polish employment law and ability to confidently apply legislation in practice
- Proven track record of driving and embedding continuous process improvements within HR service delivery
- Comfortable working with HR systems and data, with strong hands-on experience using Workday HR modules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence, coach and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
