Job Description
Our Structured Finance department is pleased to welcome a student for a research internship between May and December 2026. The team mainly intervenes on highly varied structured finance operations, including securitization covering all types of assets.
Requirements
- Master 2 degree in business law, possibly doubled with a business school degree
- Solid knowledge in civil law (law of obligations, law of property and law of securities)
- Banking law, collective proceedings law, stock exchange and financial regulation, capital markets
- Ability to master financial issues
- Solid mastery of English at both oral and written levels
