Talent Acquisition Advisor (Amsterdam)

Linklaters Amsterdam is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to guide experienced professionals, students, starters, and business professionals through the recruitment process from meeting to onboarding.

Requirements

• HBO or WO education in HR, business administration, law, or a comparable field
• Experience with talent acquisition, preferably within a professional organization
• Affinity with both lateral recruitment and the recruitment of students and starters
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g. Workday) and data quality
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with experience in communicating with stakeholders at different seniority levels
