Requirements
- 9+ years of Technical OR Techno-Functional hands-on experience as a consultant or analyst working with PeopleSoft HCM 8.x or 9.x Applications
- Hands-On experience in minimum of 5 module in the following list: PeopleSoft HCM Modules Core HR, Benefits, eBenefits, NA Payroll, Candidate Gateway, eCompensation, ePerformance, ePay, eProfile, eDevelopment, eComp Manager, Time & Labor, ESS, Absence Management modules
- Strong understanding of standard development methodologies (Systems Development Life-cycle) in both maintenance and implementation organizations
