Director, Creator Growth and Support

We're looking for a Director, Creator Growth & Support to lead our strategy for scaled creator acquisition, onboarding, and retention. This role will shape how Linktree expands its user base across key creator verticals and new business categories.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, or marketing leadership, ideally within creator economy, SaaS, or digital platform environments.
• Proven success designing and scaling acquisition systems across multiple channels (paid, partnership, organic, lifecycle).
• Strong understanding of creator behavior, including what drives adoption, retention, and monetization.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and turning data into strategic insight and action.
• Balance of analytical rigor and creative marketing instinct; able to zoom between strategy and execution.
