We are searching for a passionate individual to join our wonderful Client Experience team at DWR Veterinary Specialists. Our front-of-house team is the face and voice of our business, making this role exceptionally valued.
Requirements
- Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
- Communicating directly with our vets, physiotherapists and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients
- Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices, discussing insurance queries
- Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice
- Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues
- Close collaboration with our Case Management Team regarding client accounts
- Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system
