We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to support our growing customer base across the US. The role will involve installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining Linx's coding and marking products. The ideal candidate will have a strong service mindset, experience in a hands-on technical role, and a willingness to travel regularly.
Requirements
- Experience in a hands-on technical, service, engineering, or customer-facing field role
- Strong service mindset with a genuine desire to help customers succeed
- Comfort working independently, often on the road, as part of a growing US operation
- Valid US driver's license
- Willingness to travel regularly between Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio
