Insurance Manager

The Insurance Manager will lead the development and management of Linxon's global insurance programs, ensuring adequate and cost-effective coverage aligned with our risk profile.

Requirements

• Adequate years of experience in insurance management, underwriting, claims, or broking—ideally in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of insurance lines relevant to EPC/project-based businesses (e.g., PI, liability, cyber, construction/project insurance).
• Experience analysing insurance risks/data and preparing claims submissions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a transitioning environment and help build a new in-house capability.
