Job Description
Join Linxon as a Lead Engineer for Energy and Infrastructure Projects and lead cutting-edge substation projects that power the future. As a Lead Engineer, you'll take charge of engineering execution for high- and medium-voltage substation projects, including AIS, GIS, BESS, and infrastructure ventures.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of substation engineering experience
- Deep understanding of renewable energy systems (e.g., PV systems, wind turbines, inverters, substations, grid interconnection)
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE, NFPA)
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst, ETAP, Helioscope, Revit, or SCADA systems)
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
