Senior Project Estimator

Linxon UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Estimator to join its Sales and Tendering Team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of cost estimates for EPC substation projects across the UK.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• RICS certification or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project estimation within infrastructure or power transmission sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely cost estimates for complex EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of UK construction market rates, procurement practices, and subcontractor engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
