Job Description
Service Technician role at LION, responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues on site and with customers worldwide, analyzing problems, and ensuring customers are well taken care of. LION develops and manufactures simulation training equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) for firefighters and other rescue personnel. The role involves frequent travel and requires a good command of English, a valid driver's license, and a valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain it.
Requirements
- Technical education at MBO level or higher
- Valid driver's license B(E)
- Good command of English
- Valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain it
- Flexibility and willingness to frequently/periodically travel abroad
