Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead complex projects, mentor teams, and deliver thoughtful design solutions for healthcare, education, and civic projects.
Requirements
- Provide project ownership for large, complex, or multiple interior design projects
- Serve as a client-facing leader and build strong relationships with clients
- Lead and mentor multiple staff members and project teams
- Oversee BIM/Revit design development and construction documents
- Manage client goals, budgets, and schedules
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of applicable building codes and requirements
- Participate in marketing efforts and business development
- Identify and address risks related to scope, budget, schedule, and construction costs
