Job Description
Join Liquid AI as a Member of Technical Staff - Post Training, Applied (Vision) and work on vision-language models, data generation, and evaluation for enterprise customers. Contribute to the evolution of Liquid's multimodal post-training stack and own applied post-training work for VLMs end-to-end.
Requirements
- Takes ownership of VLM post-training projects end-to-end
- Thinks end-to-end across visual data curation, training, alignment, and evaluation
- Is pragmatic and optimizes for model quality and customer outcomes
- Communicates clearly between customer needs and internal technical teams
