Job Description
The West Sussex County Council is looking for an Adult Social Worker to join their Hospital Team, offering a pay rate of £35 per hour. The successful candidate will respond within timescales to assess people both in the hospital and those who have recently been discharged, and work hard to support individuals in regaining their skills and independence following their hospital admission.

- Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work
