Job Description
Liquid Personnel are recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join the Child Protection and Permanency team in the East Midlands, providing high-quality services to Children In Need/In Need of Protection and supervising other social workers and social work assistants.
Requirements
- Current SWE registration and valid right to work in the UK
- Completed ASYE and significant post-qualified experience in Child Protection and Care Planning
- UK driving licence
- Knowledge of Child-care legislation
- Skilled in the management of risk and assessment of children's needs
- Great communication skills, able to explain complicated information simply
- Knowledge of the issues that affect parenting capacity and the impact of deprivation on child development
- Experience of Signs of Safety methodology
