Qualified Social Worker - Duty and Assessment Team - Blackpool

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Duty and Assessment Team. This role involves working one duty week out of every four, providing social work support to families across Blackpool, undertaking assessments and developing plans to ensure children can live at home safely.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience as a child care social worker
• Ability to drive and have access to your own vehicle for undertaking visits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in completing assessments, developing plans, and working within a multi-agency framework
