Job Description
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Home Manager to oversee the operations of a purpose-built 39-bed nursing care home in Hindley, Wigan. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, developing policies, mentoring staff, and leading daily operations. The company emphasizes high-quality care and family involvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Home Manager
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexible, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Driving licence (preferred)
